Cymodoce (mythology)

In Greek mythology, Cymodoce (Ancient Greek: Κυμοδόκη, romanizedKymodokê, lit.'wave-gatherer')[1] is one of the 50 Nereids, sea-nymph daughters of the 'Old Man of the Sea' Nereus and the Oceanid Doris.[2][3] She is briefly mentioned in Statius' Silvae.[4]
