The DASH Industry Forum (DASH-IF)^[1] is a system which according to the company "creates interoperability guidelines for the usage of the MPEG-DASH streaming standard. It consists of streaming and media companies, such as Microsoft, Netflix, Google, Ericsson, Samsung and Adobe." They provide an open source version of this software also.^[2]
