Dalelia or Dalilea (from Scottish Gaelic: Dàil Eileadh [t̪aːl ˈeləɣ])[1] is hamlet on the north shore of Loch Shiel in Acharacle district of Argyll, Scottish Highlands and is in the Scottish council area of Highland. Kinlochmoidart is to the north.[2] The alternate Gaelic name "Dàil an Leigh" has been suggested but this is believed to be a folk etymology for Dàil Eileadh.[1]
