David Cook (born July 5, 1971) is an American politician serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives from the 96th district. Cook was first elected in November 2020 and assumed office in January 2021.[1] He is a member of the Republican Party and was the mayor of Mansfield, Texas, from May 2008 to January 2021.[2][3]
