David Dwayne Fulcher (born September 28, 1964) is an American former football safety who played for the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Arizona State Sun Devils. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2021.
