Deveron Alfredo Harper (born November 15, 1977) is an American former professional football defensive back who played four seasons in the National Football League (NFL) with the Carolina Panthers and New Orleans Saints. Harper played college football at the University of Notre Dame and attended Orangeburg-Wilkinson Senior High School in Orangeburg, South Carolina.[1] He was also a member of the Scottish Claymores, Miami Dolphins, Austin Wranglers and Kansas City Brigade.
