Dhebra (Gujarati: ઢેબરા) is an Indian bread from the Gujarati cuisine made of pearl millet flour. When flavoured with fenugreek leaves, it's called methi dhebra. It is a cuisine cousin of the flatbread called Thalipeeth in Marathi.
