Diarmuid Fionntain O'Scannlain (/ˈdɪərmɪd ˈskænlən/ DEER-mid oh-SKAN-lən;[2] born March 28, 1937) is a senior United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His chambers are located in Portland, Oregon.
