Doctor Minerva (Minn-Erva) is a character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Scott Edelman and artist Al Milgrom, the character first appeared in Captain Marvel #50 (May 1977).[1][2] Doctor Minerva works as a geneticist and is a member of the Kree race.[3] She was an enemy of Mar-Vell (Captain Marvel) and later Quasar. She became the partner of Captain Atlas and a member of Kree superteam Starforce.
Gemma Chan portrayed the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film Captain Marvel (2019).
