Doris Wolfe is a fictional character on CBS's daytime drama Guiding Light. She has been portrayed by Orlagh Cassidy from February 23, 1999 to September 18, 2009. Doris is perceived as a no-nonsense politician who will do just about anything to get ahead in life, often referred to as a "woman people love to hate."^[2]
