Afro-American Gazette (1991-1995) was an African American newspaper and periodical that was first published on January 1, 1991 and whose last documented publication was August 7, 1995.[1]

Originating in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Afro-American Gazette was published by Patricia E. (née Grier) Mathis, and distributed by Topaz Marketing & Distributing Co., of which she was also President and CEO.[2] The frequency of publication varied: monthly from January 1991 to August 1992, weekly from August 31 and September 6 1992 to November 23 and 29 1992, and monthly, again, from December 1992 to December 1993.[3]
