Ché Chesterman was born on August 18, 1996, in Basildon, Essex. Before his rise to fame on X Factor, he worked at a local supermarket stacking shelves and studied music in college.[1][2]
Che Chesterman has always credited his father, Che Chesterman Senior, as his greatest inspiration and the driving force behind his music career. Che Senior, who was a talented musician himself, taught Che everything he knew about music and was a constant source of support and guidance. Che often recalls how his father would call him to offer advice and practice songs together, especially during his time on the X Factor. Tragically, Che Senior passed away suddenly, but his legacy lives on through Che’s dedication to his craft. Che has publicly expressed that his father’s passion for music and his unwavering support are the reasons he pursued a career in music, and he continues to honour his father’s memory in every performance.[3][4]
Ché is in a relationship with Brodie Smith. The couple got engaged on October 31, 2019, and they share three children together.[5]
