Cheryl B. McNeil is a professor of psychiatry, licensed psychologist, and researcher at the University of Florida College of Medicine. She researches the Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based treatment used to build positive relationships between caregivers and their children exhibiting behavior challenges.[1] McNeil ran the PCIT lab at West Virginia University[2] before teaching at the University of Florida.[3]
