Elijah Kolawole Olusehinde a Nigerian entrepreneur and the CEO of Owlet, a digital platform designed to address the challenges of traditional commerce in Africa. Born in 1995 in Lagos, Olusehinde was exposed to the dynamics of local business through his early experiences helping at his aunt's market stall, which influenced his interest in creating solutions for business inefficiencies.[1][2][3]

Olusehinde pursued a degree in Mathematics and Mathematics Education at Osun State University, followed by a Master's degree in Mathematics and Data Science at the University of Stirling in Scotland. He founded Owlet in 2020, to create a platform to streamline e-commerce and connect businesses with customers more efficiently. The platform offers various services, including social media marketing, order fulfillment, and search engine optimization, primarily targeting the African market.[3]

Under his leadership, Owlet has expanded into multiple sectors, launching platforms such as Quickshop, OwletPay, and ChequeMate, which support e-commerce, financial transactions, and music streaming.[2]
