Folashade Alli is a Nigerian and UK-qualified lawyer, Chartered Arbitrator, and Senior Advocate of Nigeria.[1] She is the founder and Principal Partner of Folashade Alli & Associates, a full-service corporate and commercial law firm based in Lagos, Nigeria, specialising in arbitration, commercial litigation, energy, intellectual property, and capital markets.[2]
She is a licensed Capital Markets Operator recognised by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria, a registered Notary Public of Nigeria, and an Approved Tutor of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.[3][4] She serves on the boards of Afe Babalola University, Day Waterman College, Lakowe Lakes Golf & Country Estate, and the Aifa Reading Society.[5][6][7]
