Dr. Randolph Charles Kent (born October 1943) is Visiting Professor at King's College London's, African Leadership Centre,[1] Honorary Professor at University College London's Department of Risk and Disaster Reduction, and a Senior Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute.[2]
He is director of Humanitarian Futures (HF) – a platform providing tools to enhance humanitarian operational capacities, strategic planning, innovation and collaboration. HF is a web-based version of the Humanitarian Futures Programme (HFP) initiated in 2004 at King's College, London, as an action research programme in the School of Social Science and Public Policy.
