Tsal (Betsalel) Kaplun, aka Tsal Kaplun, (c.1840-c.1908) was a Jewish Ukrainian (Kranostav, Khmel'nyska oblast, Ukraine) and descendant of the Nekhama Kaplun (Rybak) family, married to Nekhama Rybak (c.1843-c.1880), whose family, according to 1858 census records, lived in Krasnostav. He left behind nearly 60 grandchildren.[1]
