Umamaheshwar S. is an author of historical fiction Roving Eyes - Love, Lust and Battles of Indian Royalty^[1] and a senior Indian journalist^[2] from Hyderabad. He writes on economic policy for Deccan Chronicle^[3], one of the largely circulated English newspaper in India. The author uses Mahesh S as his pen name for his literary pursuits, while using S. Umamaheshwar as a byline for his articles in Deccan Chronicle.
