Underground Orange is a 2024 US-Argentine comedy-drama written and directed by Michael Taylor Jackson who stars in the film alongside Sofía Gala, Vera Spinetta, Bel Gatti and Gianluca Zonzini. The film is Jackson's debut and was executive produced by Godfrey Reggio. It also features Kevin Johansen who acts for the first time in a full-length movie. [1] The story follows a Californian backpacker (Jackson), who becomes entangled in a polyamorous relationship with a gang of young actors that plot to kidnap the US Ambassador to Argentina (Johansen). Underground Orange premiered at the 25th BAFICI film festival in Buenos Aires and at the 48th Frameline in San Francisco.[2]
