Major General Vladimir Mikhail Karlovich Rjepetsky (born: Vladimir Mikhail Karlovich Rzepecki, 7 November 1853 – 6 September 1914) was a Russian Major General in the 19th & 20th Centuries who served during the Russian conquest of Central Asia.[1]
