Draught beer, also spelt draft, is beer served from a cask or keg rather than from a bottle or can.[1][2][3] Draught beer served from a pressurised keg is also known as keg beer. Draft beer is often fresher and more flavorful due to its storage and serving conditions, which minimize exposure to light and air, elements that can spoil beer’s taste.[4][5][6][7]
