Duoyuan Global Water (NYSE: DGW) was a China-based company that specialized in manufacturing water and waste water treatment equipment. Duoyuan was founded in 1992 and provided over 100 types of products and treatment solutions for municipal, industrial, residential and agricultural water systems. Duoyuan created the first water treatment apparatus in China, and won awards for its products and treatment mechanisms.^{[citation needed]}After accusations of fraud, the company was delisted from the New York Stock Exchange in 2012.^[1]
