The Ecclesiastical Courts Jurisdiction Act 1860 (ECJA[2]) (23 & 24 Vict. c. 32) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It is one of the Ecclesiastical Courts Acts 1787 to 1860.[3]
