Eileen Alison Mackay CB FRSE FRSA FRSGS is a Scottish civil servant who worked in the Scottish Office, especially as their Principal Finance Director from 1992 until her retirement in 1996. Since then, she has worked in non-executive roles in the non-profit sector, including for the British Library, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Scottish Enterprise and in the courts of the University of Edinburgh and the University of the Highlands and Islands.
