Elon Farnsworth (February 2, 1799 – March 24, 1877) was an American lawyer and politician. He served as both Attorney General and Chancellor of the state of Michigan. He was also the founder of the Detroit Savings Fund Institute, the precursor to Comerica Bank.[1][2]
