Eric Gerard Hayes (born November 12, 1967) is a former American football defensive tackle who played four seasons in the National Football League (NFL) with the Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was drafted by the Seahawks in the fifth round of the 1990 NFL draft. He played college football at Florida State University and attended C. Leon King High School in Tampa, Florida.[1] Hayes was also a member of the Connecticut Coyotes of the Arena Football League (AFL).
