The river Eridanos /əˈrɪdəˌnɒs/ or Eridanus (/əˈrɪdənəs/; Ancient Greek: Ἠριδανός) is, both, the name of a river in Northern Europe mentioned in Greek mythology and historiography, and the name of the god of said-river.
