Escanaba Township is a civil township of Delta County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 3,496 at the 2020 census, down from 3,482 at the 2010 census.[3]
The City of Escanaba is south of the township but is administratively autonomous. Both are named for the Escanaba River.
