Eshaq Khan Qaraei-Torbati (Persian: سردار اسحاق خان قرایی تربتی), was one of the wealthiest and most powerful chieftains in Khorasan during the reigns of Agha Mohammad Khan and Fath Ali Shah. He was fluent in Persian and Arabic.[1][2]
