Esperanza "Hope" Andrade (born July 1, 1949)[1] is a businesswoman from San Antonio, Texas, who is the former commissioner representing employers on the Texas Workforce Commission, an appointed position which she held from 2013 to 2015. From 2008 to 2012, she was Secretary of State of Texas, an appointed position under Governor Rick Perry.
