Evelyn Clare Momsen Hailey (April 21, 1921 – March 29, 2011) was an American politician. A Democrat, she served in the Virginia House of Delegates 1974–1982 and the Senate of Virginia 1982–1984, while living in the city of Norfolk.[1][2]
