ExpressVPN is a company providing online privacy and security solutions, including a virtual private network (VPN) service and a password manager.[1] Since September 2021, ExpressVPN has been a subsidiary of Kape Technologies,[2] a company wholly owned by Israeli billionaire Teddy Sagi.[3]

The service is operated by Express Technologies Ltd.,[4] a company registered in the British Virgin Islands, with its headquarters in Hong Kong.[5]
