FC Telavi (Georgian: საფეხბურთო კლუბი თელავი) is a Georgian professional football club based in the city of Telavi, Kakheti. The team competes in the Erovnuli Liga, the first tier of the national league system.
While the municipal stadium named after Givi Chokheli awaits a thorough reconstruction, Telavi have played their home matches at Kavkasioni Arena since their promotion to the Erovnuli Liga.
