Faust (Japanese: ファウスト, Hepburn: Fausuto) was a literary magazine published irregularly by Kodansha since 2003[1] promoted as a "Fighting Illustrated Novels Magazine." The magazine featured young writers and a style derived from light novels. The latest issue, Vol. 8, was published at the end of September 2011, and the magazine announced its dissolution with Vol. 9.

Del Rey Manga released an English language edition in August 2008 and planned to publish at least two volumes total, with content culled from all issues of the Japanese magazine.[2] Local language editions in South Korea[3] and Taiwan have also been released.
