Fine is a town in St. Lawrence County, New York, United States. The population was 1,512 at the 2010 census. The town is named after Judge John Fine,[3] a businessman involved in settling the town.
The Town of Fine is in the southern part of the county, south of Canton.
The SUNY-ESF Ranger School is in the eastern part of the town, and the Griffin Memorial Forest is also located in the town.
