First Lady of North Macedonia (Macedonian: Прва Дама на Северна Македонија, romanized: Prva Dama na Severna Makedonija) is the title attributed to the wife of the president of North Macedonia.[1] The last first lady of North Macedonia was Elizabeta Gjorgievska, wife of 5th president Stevo Pendarovski.
