Francisco Bulnes

Francisco Bulnes (4 October 1847 – 22 September 1924) was a Mexican scientist, journalist, and politician[1] who figured among the Científicos,[2] the Mexican intelligentsia who supported the authoritarian presidency of Porfirio Díaz. He was a critic of the Mexican Revolution.
