Francisco de Santiago Silva (1926 - February 2, 2008) was a visual artist from Mexico. He is the author of works such as Cosmic Rose. He participated in many exhibitions.^{[Notes 1]} De Santiago's fame and recognition within the art community is inspired in part by his academic accomplishments, as well as his talent as an artist.^{[Notes 2]}
