Sir Frederick Archibald Warner GCVO KCMG (2 May 1918 – 30 September 1995)[1] was a British diplomat and businessman. At the end of his career he was a Conservative Party politician, serving as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from 1979 to 1984.
