Fuchsia magellanica – commonly known as the hummingbird fuchsia, hardy fuchsia or chilco (from Mapudungun: chillko "watery"[1]) – is a species of flowering plant in the evening primrose family Onagraceae, native to the lower Southern Cone of southern South America.[2]
