GoZero Group is also an importer and distributor of Foton's light commercial electric trucks and hydrogen buses in Australia.
Since 2021, TrueGreen (and later GoZero) had been considering a initial public offer (IPO) as an option to raise capital.[11] The IPO was put on hold in late 2021 "due to shaky equity markets, fewer-than-expected manufacturing contacts from state governments and a restructuring of the company".[12]
In July 2021, Nexport signed a partnership with Alexander Dennis to assemble the latter's Enviro family on BYD chassis for the Australian market.[13]
