The Gran Premio Montevideo (previously Premio Montevideo, Premio República Oriental del Uruguay) is a Group 1 thoroughbred horse race run at Hipódromo Argentino de Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina, open to two-year-old colts. It is run over a distance of 1500 metres (0.93 mi) on the dirt.[1]
