The road opened on December 10, 2001 connecting Busan Harbor Part 5 ~ Sujeong Tunnel ~ Gaya Viaduct ~ Busanjin-gu Danggam-dong ~ Baekyang Tunnel ~ Mora Overpass ~ Samrak IC.
