Maulana Habibullah Mukhtar[a] (28 April 1944 – 2 November 1997) was a Pakistani Islamic scholar and writer who served as chancellor of Jamia Uloom-ul-Islamia and General secretary of Wifaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia, Pakistan.[1]
