Joint-Stock Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan Halkbank (Turkmen: Türkmenistanyň "Halkbank" paýdarlar täjirçilik banky, "People's Bank"), is a Turkmen state-owned bank and financial services company, headquartered in Ashgabat.
