The village of Hall Summit is governed by the mayor and the aldermen. The mayor is Danny Scott and the aldermen are Jason Briggs (mayor pro-temp), Barbara Moore, and Will Jiles. The town clerk is Rachel Henry.

The town hall is open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm
