Harmilan Kaur Bains (born 23 July 1998) is an athlete from Punjab, India. She was selected for the Asian Games Indian athletics team. She won the silver medals in the 800m and 1500m race at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.[1][2][3] She was the Indian record holder in 1500m before K. M. Deeksha shattered her NR.[4]
