Harriet Black Nembhard (born December 7, 1967) is the President of Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California.[1][2] From July 2020 through June 2023, she served as the Dean of the University of Iowa College of Engineering[3] and the Roy J. Carver Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at that institution.[4]

Her academic research focuses on complex systems and healthcare engineering. She is married to American academic David Nembhard.
