Harrisville is a hamlet and former village in Lewis County, New York, United States. The community is now a census-designated place.[1] The population was 628 at the 2010 census.[5]
Harrisville is in the northeastern part of the town of Diana and is south of Gouverneur.
On May 15, 2018, residents voted to dissolve the village by a vote of 112–70,[6] and it took effect on December 31, 2018.[7] As of the 2019 American Community Survey, the U.S. Census Bureau still lists Harrisville as a village.
