It was written by Wilson, Trannie Anderson and Dallas Wilson, and was produced by Jay Joyce.[1] Described as a "song about triumph", the track has received praise for Wilson's passionate and powerful vocals and for its poignant and raw lyrics.[2][3] The song reached number 2 for two weeks on the Country Airplay chart.
